Oversees the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the engineering and field operations departments. Lachlan ensures that all new hires align with Well Rock’s safety-first culture and long-term energy goals.

Specializes in sourcing and screening specialized technical roles, such as geologists and renewable energy analysts. Sienna manages the interview pipeline and coordinates technical assessments for candidates.

Focuses on executive-level hiring and internal mobility. Callum works closely with the board to define leadership requirements and ensures the hiring process promotes a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Transitions successful candidates from the "offered" stage to their first day. Isla manages the logistics of site-specific training, security clearances, and integrating new team members into the Well Rock corporate structure.
